INTRODUCTION

Bossmailer email sender is a powerful bulk email program that's very easy to use. It has a wizard style user interface for ease of use. You can start sending bulk email right away instead of trying to figure out how to use the program.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Bossmailer email sender is designed to be easy to use. It has a wizard style user interface. The following screenshots show the various parts of the wizard to give you an idea how the program operates.

The first screen is where you select the recipients that you want to send email to. You can select email address files and (or) individual email addresses.

The second part of the wizard is where you select email addresses that you don't want to send email to. You have the option of adding email address files and (or) individual email addresses. Before sending any email these email addresses are run against your recipient email addresses.
The third screen in the wizard contains three exclude lists. You can configure top level domain, domain, and phrase exclude lists. All of your recipient email addresses are run against these lists before any emails are sent. If a match is found the recipient address will be excluded from your mail campaign.
The fourth part of the wizard is where you compose your message that you want to send. It has a built in html editor for composing your message.
The last part of the wizard is where you actually start the mail delivery. The recipient email lists are processed against the remove and exclude lists. The exclude lists are also run against your recipient list at this time. All duplicate email addresses are removed before sending.
